According to scientist and many Ayurveda and ancient philosophy tells us about the health. And at the particular time it is very important for that to take care about the health by eating proper diet and doing exercise under coach or guidance.

Hence me myself anxiety for you that you should take exercise in proper format because without guidance, it is like having light but don't know when to use. And if you wanna take a proper diet you can also see my another blogger post on my profile.

If you wanna be healthy and do exercise under my guidance, trust me I won't disappoint you. As I have told about the proper protocol to follow in daily routine. "Another main thing is I never recommend to take any types of drugs anytime and anywhere". If someone is prefer about this you please leave that circle, because it causes death, afterwards you will be surely regret your life.

So I would like to provide you about the complete guidance and proper format of doing exercise. As we all know that by watching things we remember more than we read, so please watch the whole video and understand.

   If anyone want to do anything there supposed be a strong  why or a proper reason then and then only that individually would be achieve something, it does not matter whether it is large or small goal. Mainly three types of workout for being healthy.

1.Gaining Weight(Muscle Gain)

2.Loose Fat 

3.Maintaining proper shape


1.Gaining Weight(Muscle Gain)

  • Gaining weight means not only going in the gym and making biceps, abs, etc. parts of the body.
  • It includes proper hitting the individual part of the body daily respectively. 
  • I would be glad to provide you the protocol for that, but it not compulsory for all to follow these only. You can make yours also after understanding.

a. Exercise 5 days a week

Doing exercise weekly 5 days all body parts would be trained plus you get the 2 days rest in which muscle will be repair by taking and following a proper diet.

 ALL WEEK PROTOCOLS

  • MONDAY - CHEST + ABS
  • TUESDAY - SHOULDERS + TRAPS
  • WEDNESDAY - LEGS
  • THRUSDAY - REST
  • FRIDAY - BACK + ABS
  • SATURDAY - BICEPS + TRICEPS + FORARMS
  • SUNDAY - REST

b. Exercise 3 days a week

Doing exercise only 3 days in a week rest four will be rest this is highly recommend for the people are more busy in their work not able to give time in workout more

  • MONDAY - PUSH(Chest + Shoulder + Trap)
  • WEDNESDAY - PULL(Back + Arms)
  • FRIDAY - LEG(Legs + Abs)

Other than these days rest will be done(not doing exercise)


2.Loose Fat

  • Loosing fat to the more fatty people is very important. These all are need to only burn their fat percentage of the body, I recommend not to do any type of gaining exercise to the body. Because I you do exercise normally your fat percentage will burn so better to do only burning exercise.

3.Maintaining proper shape

For maintaining proper shape he/she no need to focus more in diet and exercise only need to do is burning the fat which have taken accordingly. The exercise will be same as loosing fat.

I  highly recommend to do daily..

-Cycling(2km) or

-Running (minimum 1.5km daily)
